Greg Clark, President of Med-Electronics has purchased the assets of A-Stat Medical and Medical Equipment Services and has rebranded the combination as Med-Stat Medical. Med-Electronics was known for it’s amazing biomedical service team as well as one of the premier distributors of exceptional medical equipment manufactures like Midmark and Welsh Allyn. A-Stat Medical was also known for it’s outstanding biomedical services as well as it’s refurbishing operation that is one of the best in the Mid-Atlantic region.
