The Tuttnauer automatic autoclave fills, sterilizes and exhausts at the touch of a button. Tuttnauer autoclaves have been pre-loaded with parameters for four standard programs. These can be customized by the operator for their individual requirements.
With the simplicity of one touch design, all your sterilization and drying needs are fulfilled by Tuttnauer. The 3870EAP fully automatic autoclave offers the user the ability to decrease the overall drying time of sterilized items by as much as 60% (for wrapped cycle).
Tuttnauer 3870EAP Fully Automatic Autoclave Features:
- Holds 15 full size standard cassettes.
- Standard unwrapped cycle time: cold - 55 minutes; hot - 40 minutes
- Pre-loaded cycles for: unwrapped instruments; wrapped/packs; liquid and additional drying cycle.
- All program parameters can be changed and stored.
- Automatic shut off at the end of both the sterilization and dry cycles.
- Audible and visual cycle interruption alert.
- Double safety locking device prevents door from opening while chamber is pressurized.
- Low water sensor prevents activation of sterilization cycle when there is insufficient water in the chamber or reservoir.
- Constant monitoring of temperature and pressure for sterilization.
